The Review is delighted to announce that this year's Baden-Baden Breakfast Briefing, held in association with law firm Clifford Chance, will take place on Monday October 25 in the Runde Saal at the Kurhaus in Baden-Baden.

Nicholas Munday, head of global insurance, Stephen Surgeoner, litigation partner and Daniela Weber-Rey, head of the insurance group at Clifford Chance, Germany will be speaking about the legal risks inherent in this year's renewals process. This is a topic of particular relevance in 2010 given the backdrop of increased exposures and litigation stemming from the economic downturn.
